Job Summary:

The Gig APN will work in accordance with professional standards of care and adhere to the corporate philosophy of OSF HealthCare. They will be responsible for maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided, and maintaining full and current patient medical records.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care
  • Maintain the consistency and quality of all services provided
  • Maintain full and current patient medical records
  • Exercise diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum
  • Provide a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care
Qualifications:
  • Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Physician Assistant Studies
  • Previous experience as APN in ED, urgent care, primary care
  • Licenses/Certifications: APN-Advanced Practice RN, BLS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as APN
  • May be required to float between clinics as needed
