Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused driver to join our team as a Medical Waste Collector. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering medical waste containers across the Indianapolis area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and deliver medical waste containers to customer locations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with healthcare customers
  • Operate a 26-foot box truck in a safe and efficient manner
  • Complete deliveries on time and communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Manage routes and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and effective service
  • Comply with DOT regulations and maintain a clean driving record
Requirements
  • Experience in delivery or transportation roles, preferably in the medical waste industry
  • Ability to work full-time hours, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
  • Clean driving record and flexible attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
