Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. As a Neonatal Care Specialist, you will provide quality obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be essential in addressing patient needs holistically while supporting families through education and emotional care.

You will be responsible for:

  • Comprehensive assessments and establishing individual care plans
  • Safe administration of medications
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • Licensure in the State of Tennessee
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of hire
