Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled food service professional to join our bake team as a Senior Baker and Pastry Professional. We're open to training anyone with a passion for baking.

We prefer candidates with food prep/baking experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently between tasks.

If hired, paid training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

">

Become one of the first to greet the dough each morning and take on early morning shifts from 2:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.

Efficiently prepare and bake our signature items, including bagels, artisan breads, and other baked goods.

Maintain high food safety standards at all times.

Ensure accurate inventory management and perform regular stock checks.

A successful candidate must be awake and ready to work predawn.

Requirements

Good organization skills, ability to follow directions, and effective time management.

Detail-oriented, weekend availability, and prior experience in food prep and service.

Must be able to stand and walk for periods of 8+ hours each shift and transport objects repeatedly during a shift.
