Requirements for the position include:

  1. A Juris Doctor degree, with the candidate being licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with MSHA/OSHA experience being preferred but not required.
  3. Outstanding academic credentials, with a law school class ranking in the top 20% being preferred.
  4. Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to travel as needed.
  5. A commitment to providing excellent written and analytical work and contributing to a respectful, collegial office environment.

The expected salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $210,000, with actual pay being adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Ogletree Deakins offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
