Palliative Care Physician/Site Leader, Assistant/Associate/Professor

We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Physician to serve as Site Leader for our Division of Palliative Medicine at the University of Vermont Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day clinical and educational activities for the University of Vermont Medical Center Division of Palliative Medicine site.
- Envision and operationalize growth of clinical services at the University of Vermont Medical Center.
- Lead quality initiatives for the Division of Hospice and Palliative Medicine in partnership with other site leaders and the Network Division Head.
- Care for patients as part of the inpatient & outpatient palliative care consultation services at the University of Vermont Medical Center.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills in interpersonal, clinical, and teaching settings.
- Enhance the Division's focus on Excellence in Communication quality, innovation, training, scholarship and research.
