Job Overview

Burlington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a premier automotive dealership in the tri-state area, looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team.

Estimated Salary: $15.49/hour plus commission based on performance

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats to schedule sales appointments.
  • Make outbound sales calls to follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups to maintain engagement and provide additional information.
  • Input and maintain accurate customer information in our dealership management system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure all customer needs are met and support dealership goals.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable using computers, phones, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to Learn: Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to Work Flexible Hours: Ability to work some evenings until 7 PM and some Saturdays.
  • Sales-Focused: Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
