We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Private Equity team. This role will require a high level of operational focus, with modeling and valuation expertise. The opportunity offers a competitive base and bonus program, as well as growth potential beyond the deal.

Our client is a unique industry leader, providing the ability to do what you love, expand what you know, and enjoy a comfortable work environment. They offer a hybrid schedule, with approximately 45 hours of work per week, and some flexibility to work from home.

Candidates with experience from Private Equity will be given first priority. Candidates with ties to Richmond or surrounding areas are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform modeling and valuations on potential transactions
  • Work on special projects in operations, metrics, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the finance team on presentations
  • Contribute to the deal process and work with leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience for Senior Associate consideration
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong modeling experience
