We are seeking a skilled Culinary Associate to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Food Preparation Specialist.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Your attention to detail and ability to follow recipes will ensure that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Monitoring food quality while preparing food
  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
