Job Description

As a Luxury Jewelry and Timepiece Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with customers, providing personalized service, and guiding them through in-store and online purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and collections to effectively promote and sell jewelry items
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or a related field
  • Demonstrated teamwork abilities and a commitment to collaboration
