Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dish Attendant and Sanitizer to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment to guests and team members according to health department, Pizza Ranch, and Ecosure standards.
  • Ensure items are clean and dry, and then put them away in various parts of the restaurant.
  • Operate the dish machine in a safe and efficient manner, and troubleshoot any malfunctions.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and promptly report any issues or problems.
  • Clean and sanitize the dish area at the end of each shift, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work at a fast pace throughout each shift, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Be committed to excellence in process and results, and maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members.

  • Possess a passion for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient dishroom environment.
  • Ensure the dish process complies with requirements, ensuring all items are clean and sanitized.
  • Have proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Be able to prioritize multiple situations and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of previous experience as a dishwasher or similar job in a high-volume restaurant is strongly preferred.
