Gator's Dockside Restaurants is a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated Server to represent our brand by providing exceptional service to guests. Our ideal candidate is a team player who embodies our "Do it R.I.G.H.T." core values and is committed to delivering a "great dining experience from beginning to end.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide highest level of service by adhering to all Company service standards
  • Fulfill all job responsibilities to contribute to the mission of providing guests with a "great dining experience from beginning to end"
  • Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Company standards and state alcohol service requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and management to ensure all guest needs are met in a timely manner
  • Ensure thorough menu knowledge to assist guests with answering questions, including food allergy issues, daily food and alcohol specials, and all food and beverage products currently available

Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire
  • Work Authorization - United States
