ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Education Project Coordinator to facilitate the work of volunteer member groups in developing products and services for the membership.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in project management and/or working with committee leaders. They will be proficient in the MS Office suite, adept in navigating virtual platforms, and skilled in building relationships with volunteers or clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective operation of team projects, ensuring timely execution of activities and initiatives.
  • Design and generate products and services based on volunteer group discussions and outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support for assigned volunteer groups, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, background materials, and online resource revision.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in project management and/or working with committee leaders.
  • Proven intermediate or advanced competency in the MS Office suite; adept in navigating virtual platforms like Zoom and Teams.
  • Skill in building and establishing relationships with member volunteers or clients, with the ability to facilitate project activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff, committee members, and leadership.
  • Experience in the association field or academic medical centers is a plus.
  • Organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple competing activities in a fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • $60,000-$70,000 per year salary, depending on experience, with some travel involved.
