Job Description

At Toska Restaurant and Brewery, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Managing Partner.

This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with strong business acumen and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and brewery operations, driving strategic growth, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to enhance profitability and market presence.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Guest Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality offerings, addressing feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and brewery, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the restaurant in community events and partnerships, promoting brand visibility and goodwill.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to quality and service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
