Branch Sales Manager

Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a leading distributor of HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies. We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Florence location.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations and achieve sales and profitability goals
- Develop strategies for increased traffic in the store and improve customer service
- Recruit, hire, train, and discipline direct reports
- Maintain inventory accuracy and protect company assets
- Assign employees to other duties as required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience managing in B2B environment in distribution or wholesale sales preferred
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to lead and motivate sales and operational staff
