**Job Overview**

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintain product quality standards, ensuring accurate cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming, and displaying meat products according to established standards
• Work collaboratively with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicating effectively and being flexible to meet business needs
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage range: $16.00 - $23.00
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
