About the Role:

Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from physical functioning disorders and wounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing an appropriate plan of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
  • Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
