The New Home Consultant at Lennar is responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, with the goal of creating a satisfied customer. This includes daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing our selling philosophy.
  • Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
  • Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
  • Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools is necessary.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic is ideal.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.31 - $17, subject to adjustment based on factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions, and benefits include robust health insurance plans, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with a $1 for $1 Company Match up to 5%, Paid Parental Leave, and an Associate Assistance Plan.
