Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch guest service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Assist guests in selecting the perfect products for their pets, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy environment for both guests and animals, adhering to our high standards of animal care.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and check sales with ease.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring that our stores are always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with occasional bending and kneeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
