Our Detox LPN/LVN provides high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for monitoring patient health, taking vital signs, and maintaining accurate documentation. Your expertise and skills will contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort for our patients.
Responsibilities- Monitor patient health and vital signs
- Take patient histories and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide personal care and support to patients
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Current license to practice nursing in Ohio (LPN/LVN) or eligible to receive or renew
- Minimum of one year's experience in a detox healthcare setting
- Trained in non-violent physical crisis intervention (BLS) and CPR
