Job Overview

Zermount Inc. is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Recruiter to join our Corporate and Recruiting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our Cybersecurity and IT contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards and social networking sites
  • Build and maintain our internal candidate database
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conduct interviews
  • Recruit system data management, including data checking, updating, and filing
  • Assist in key recruiting initiatives, such as campus recruiting and manager training
  • Schedule training for hiring managers on the hiring process and tools
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our sourcing tools and provide reports on sourcing activity and results
  • Track and report staffing and recruiting data, including contract headcount, EEO statistics, time to fill, and cost per hire
  • Prepare hiring data, including salary caps and job openings, to support the staffing process
  • Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and technical requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in candidate identification and engagement, preferably in a Search firm or Corporate Recruiting function
  • Experience with ATS systems and candidate management systems
  • Good understanding of technology and technical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and present to corporate leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in standard software applications, including Microsoft Office
