About the Role:

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Global HR department, you will play a critical role in enhancing and promoting employee culture and experience in our distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing company-wide people initiatives to enhance the entire employee experience.
  • Support day-to-day coordination of Employee Experience programs, including wellbeing and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop program branding.
  • Analyze surveys to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Develop engaging and informative employee communications and presentations for HR initiatives and programs.
  • Track Employee Experience program spend.
  • Manage vendor requisitions and purchase orders within our Procurement tool.
  • Coordinate and manage swag ordering and inventory for multiple programs.
  • Coordinate and help facilitate New Hire events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, Marketing, or a related business field, coupled with 2-4 years' experience in Human Resources or Employee Experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects.
  • Self-starter and quick learner.
