Behavioral Intervention Specialist for Children

At Intercare Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Services team, you will work directly with children affected by autism and their families to provide in-home behavioral intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality behavioral intervention services to children in their homes or community settings
  • Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Train and support staff in ABA techniques and strategies
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education)
  • 1+ years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
