Job Title: Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor is a master of coordination, demonstrating high potential in core Business Leadership skills. This role is responsible for understanding the agency portfolio of offerings and applying them to solve client business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Acts as a direct liaison between clients, cross-functional leadership, internal team members, and other agency partners.
  • Communication: Actively listens to client needs and feedback and articulately communicates it back to the internal team with clear directions on next steps.
  • Project Management: Builds strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and has an unshakable 'can do' positive attitude.
  • Workflow Management: Proactively manages workflow, partnering with a Project Manager to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Project Autonomy: Manages projects autonomously and actively supports Sr Account Director in management of more complex projects and collaborations with other agency partners.
  • Skill Development: Develops kickoff briefs for new and incoming projects to align against client goals and business objectives.
  • Mentorship: Works with and mentors Sr Account Executive throughout the project process.
  • Analytics: Has an analytics mindset and is comfortable with technical and potentially more complex conversations.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working across a variety of customer experience touchpoints and is the integration point for teams within Tech, Contact Center, Strategy, MarSci, and other Account Leads.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: An excellent team player with outstanding communication, written, and presentation skills.
