About the Role:

Welcome Wagon is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team as a Community Marketing Representative. This is a commission-only position with unlimited income potential, offering the flexibility to work from home and in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with local small businesses to sell consultative advertising solutions, including Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Online Media programs.
  • Sell tailored marketing packages to customers, aligning value propositions with their pain points.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses and stay in contact with customers to recommend new products and services.
  • Stay informed about local trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and collaborate with your team leader to achieve sales success.
  • Work independently from the comfort of your own home and out on the field in your assigned local community or territory within your city and state.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in fast-paced environments.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency: video conferencing (Zoom), Gmail, GSuite, Electronic signature, and CRM use.
  • Valid Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and passing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Background check.
  • Able to agree that compensation is commission-only and based on sales results.
