Overview
Spurwink Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team serving adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorders in the Bridgton area.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in community health nursing, family nursing, pediatric nursing, hospital, or psychiatric nursing and possess excellent communication skills. They must be able to exercise professional judgment in making decisions and work effectively with service recipients, family members, case managers, administrators, community providers, and other personnel.

This full-time salaried position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, based on a 32-hour workweek, which translates to an hourly rate of $32.00-$38.00. The salary range reflects the company's commitment to providing fair compensation for this challenging yet rewarding role.

Some key responsibilities include:

* Providing nursing consultation to staff and helping to integrate health and wellness goals into client treatment plans
* Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence in managing and maintaining optimal health
* Collaborating with healthcare providers across the spectrum to improve communication and coordination of care
