Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Checkout Associate at Lowe's. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register, assisted self-checkout registers, or mobile checkout unit.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment by adhering to housekeeping standards and programs, detecting and reporting any security risks or hazards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple checkout lanes and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Less than 1 year of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- Less than 1 year of experience standing and navigating throughout the checkout areas for extended periods of time in a retail store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
