Job Description:
Cloudera is seeking a highly skilled Backend Staff Software Engineer to join the Enterprise AI Platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering a platform that accelerates machine learning & AI from exploration to production. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud technologies, microservices development, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications using Golang, C++, or Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI engineers, data scientists, designers, and product management.
• Lead a team in building machine learning & AI platforms on GCP.
• Enhance developer velocity and team agility.
• Design, code, and implement elegant, scalable, enterprise-quality application services.
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and other cloud technologies.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in building scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCE, or Azure).
• Experience with microservices development (Go, GRPC, SQL, Java, etc.).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and other cloud technologies.
• Experience tech leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
