Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients at our Spaulding Outpatient Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address patients' goals and objectives.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations.
  • Identify and implement Performance Improvement opportunities to ensure best practices.

About the Role:

This is a 40-hour per week position with a variable work schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
  • Safely execute all job responsibilities without risking injury to self or patients.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
