About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Bone Marrow Transplant Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's South Austin Medical Center. As a member of our Transplant and Cellular Therapy Clinic, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients with blood cancer and hematologic disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants and other hematologic treatments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients and their families.
  • Apply principles of oncology nursing to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Provider certification preferred.
