About the Program

Our program provides a comprehensive learning experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in multiple departments, including Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Clinical Decision Unit, Inpatient Rehab, and Float Pool. With a strong focus on patient care, our team fosters an inclusive environment that values and empowers every caregiver.

Requirements

To be eligible for our RN Residency Program, you must:

  • Be a current nursing student or recent graduate with less than 12 months of experience
  • Hold an Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Hold National Provider BLS certification upon hire
