We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing company. As an SLPA, you will work under licensed SLP supervision, assisting in therapy services for clients with communication disorders in a school setting.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy sessions based on SLP-developed plans to help students overcome communication barriers.
  • Assist SLPs in assessments to identify areas of improvement and document client progress.
  • Collaborate with SLPs and the education team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate session notes and reports to track progress and provide valuable insights.

Qualifications:

  • SLPA certification or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Experience in clinical or educational settings is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
  • A patient-centered approach and passion for delivering high-quality care are a must.
