We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. As a CMA, you will play a vital role in assisting with the administration of medications to residents under the supervision of our department director. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of quality care for our residents.
Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a CMA include:
* Assisting with medication administration according to physician orders
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the department director
* Collaborating with other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current Certified Medication Aide certificate in accordance with state laws. You will also need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
