Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client development and candidate recruitment, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and presenting recruitment solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development
    • Identify and engage potential clients to understand their staffing needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Presentation of recruitment solutions to clients and negotiation of terms of service.
    • Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Candidate Recruitment
    • Source and attract candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
    • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
    • Presentation of qualified candidates to clients and management of the interview process.
    • Guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Full Desk Management
    • Management of the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
    • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system.
    • Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
    • Meeting or exceeding individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or similar role in a recruitment agency.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

This commission-based position offers a competitive commission structure with the potential for high earnings based on performance. Additional benefits include flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
