Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $87,840 - $99,840, based on 20 hours of work per week at $42.00 - $48.00 per hour. This amount may vary depending on factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing care for patients with complex diagnoses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
  • Establishing realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
  • Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
  • Delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
  • Communicating patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
