Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Dermatologist or Infectious Disease Specialist to join our team on a locum tenens basis at a hospital in Bozeman, MT.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified physician with expertise in infectious disease to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. As an infectious disease specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with various infections, including those caused by bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
Scope of Work
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care, including outpatient clinic visits, inpatient consultations, and rounding duties. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting thorough physical examinations and medical histories to diagnose and manage infectious diseases
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Providing education to patients and their families about infection prevention and management
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
Clinical Details
The hospital where you will be working has 91 beds and is classified as a level III trauma center. The EMR system used is Epic. As an infectious disease specialist, you will have access to a range of resources and support services to help you provide exceptional care to your patients.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must be board certified in infectious disease medicine and hold a valid medical license in the state of Montana. If you do not already have a Montana license, we are willing to support your licensure application process.
