Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Supervisor to join our team at Haywood Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily staffing assignments and levels, providing direction and guidance to staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage and optimal resource allocation
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Assess and improve the quality of services delivered by staff
  • Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience and 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Licenses: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy in the State of North Carolina
