Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team at LabCorp. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and tax filings in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct daily audits and reviews of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage and maintain payroll records and reports, including W-2s and 1099s
  • Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations, and implement changes as necessary
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and tax compliance
  • Excellent knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
