Job Summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating improvement teams across our plants, establishing teams, and training members on lean processes. This role requires a strong background in lean manufacturing, project management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute specific OPEX/Lean Manufacturing projects
Lead and facilitate improvement teams across the plants
Establish teams and train members on lean processes
Document projects and share ideas across the network
Manage project direction, implementation, cost/benefit analysis, scheduling, and resource allocation

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
3 years of experience in lean manufacturing
Certification in Lean manufacturing preferred
Strong Project Management and execution skills
Structured and organized
Strong team player/ability to build collaborative relationships
Strong analytical, computational, and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen
