Responsibilities:

  • Perform Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, including Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Hemodynamic monitoring, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Laser Assisted Procedures, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion, Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Temporary Pacemaker
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including PACS, Stocks supplies, Abdominal and Pelvic - Angioplasty, Embolization, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Stent placement, Vascular Studies/Procedures - Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Equipment and Devices - Siemens
  • Recognize life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose)

Professional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Isolation Precautions
  • Use of Rapid Response team

Certifications:

  • ACLS, BCLS, ARRT
  • ARRT CI (Preferred)

Requirements:

  • 2+ year experience
  • Travel experience required
  • State License: Yes, required; may submit with license pending but most post prior to start (1-2 week ETA)
  • Scrubs provided: Yes
  • EMR: Cerner
