Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team. In this per diem role, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a valid state license, excellent clinical skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $33-$43 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid state license as an LPN, a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
