Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits program that includes:

Requirements

To be successful as a Medical Technologist, you will need a Bachelor's degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science, as well as certification as an MT (ASCP) or CLS (NCA). New graduates will have a one-year grace period to achieve proper ASCP/CLS certification. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
