This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can assist with administrative human resource functions, including recruitment, data entry, and personnel documentation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

Job Description:

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Posting positions, managing applicant tracking systems, and selecting applicants meeting specified job requirements
  • Recording employee data, including addresses, absences, and performance evaluations
  • Collecting information from regulatory offices and previous employers to determine employment acceptability
  • Processing and maintaining personnel-related documentation, including legally required documents and training records
  • Conducting new hire orientations and explaining company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • High school diploma or associate's degree in a related field
  • Two to four years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems preferred
