Pharmacy Director

We are seeking an exceptional Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and deliver exceptional patient care.

As a Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

You will also be accountable for the management and oversight of our pharmacy staff, including staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to achieve exceptional patient care and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CVS Health policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and quality of care
• Manage inventory and financial aspects of the pharmacy
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed
• Not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA)
• Be listed on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'
