**Job Summary**

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Dayton conducts patient assessments, provides nursing interventions, and ensures a safe and efficient treatment environment. This full-time position offers day shifts with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective care plans.
  2. Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  4. Serve as a supervisor to Behavioral Health Technicians and assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
