Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Glenview clinic. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with various health-related conditions, including pre-op and post-op cases, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and work-related injuries. You will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages and backgrounds, with the goal of reducing pain and improving or restoring mobility.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a general orthopedics caseload for patients of all ages, including pre-op and post-op cases, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and work-related injuries
* Conduct initial evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans for patients
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
* Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
* Eligible for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the community

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary, with the estimated annual salary for this position ranging from $85,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
