Early Childhood Educator

The Learning Village is seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
• Establish a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to childcare.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child, promoting their unique development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children, including babysitting or nannying.
• Leadership skills, effective communication, and knowledge of current best practices in early childhood education.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Adherence to licensing standards, including physical exams and clearances.
