Job Title: Work Release Officer

Job Summary:

The Work Release Officer is responsible for supervising offenders in a work release environment, ensuring a secure, safe, and humane environment for incarcerated persons. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise offenders in a work release environment
  • Ensure a secure, safe, and humane environment for incarcerated persons
  • Communicate effectively with offenders, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on offender behavior and activities
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 21 years old
  • US citizen
  • No felony convictions
  • Must pass urinalysis test
  • Must have moderate computer skills
