Alumni Relations Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- The Alumni Relations Help Desk Representative will interface directly with volunteer leaders who serve as community managers/administrators within the new platform, providing support and guidance on platform use and features.
- The HDR will receive questions via email and respond accordingly, connecting customers to resources as appropriate, and collaborating with internal partners for inquiries that require a more customized response or hands-on support.
- Training will be provided to the HDR to build familiarity with the platform, and a technical services team will be available for escalations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems
