Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Technology Auditor to join our team. As a Senior Technology Auditor, you will play a critical role in helping us identify and reduce risks within the firm.

About the Role

In this role, you will perform engagement-level assessments of business and technology risk, develop audit scope, plan all phases of the audit engagement, design, perform, and document audit testing procedures, and develop meaningful and/or value-adding recommendations.

You will leverage analytics tools and techniques to enable data-driven planning and fieldwork, evaluate existing, new, and emerging technology processes, systems, and controls, assist with internal departmental activities, and promote good working relationships with associates and leaders within Internal Audit, Technology, and other divisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a four-year undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related program;
  • 5+ years of previous experience in Technology/Cyber Audit experience;
  • in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and general technology risks, controls, and practices, and be comfortable researching emerging technologies and control frameworks;
  • exceptional data analytics and technical skills;
  • solid experience evaluating control design and testing operating effectiveness of controls in the domains of Technology, information security, data, and cybersecurity;
  • proven project and time management skills, including responsibility for audit quality, accuracy of results, and delivery of audits within a timely manner;
  • regular audit report writing experience;
  • ability to interact effectively with senior management;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to clearly articulate and present findings, recommendations, and associated risk;
  • ability to coach and mentor less experienced auditors;
  • relevant cybersecurity/technology certifications (CISA, CISSP, GCCC, CSX, Network / Security +, etc.);
  • strong critical thinking skills;
  • advanced degree or MBA in related fields (e.g., Accountancy, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science);
  • public accounting or consulting experience in Technology Audit.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,471 - $164,262, medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates.

We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan, tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. We observe ten paid holidays and provide 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.

Work Environment

This role is based in Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO, and requires working in the office three days per week. Candidates who live within commuting distance from these locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
